We require guests to have an in-salon colour consultation in order to book out the correct amount of time for your appointment and give you an accurate price for the service. It also helps us to assess your hair and do any necessary analysis.

Finally, their service concepts will make you sustainably happy!

Many of our stylists have international training as well as participating in continuous in-house training by industry partners and experts. We currently run an in-house training academy where we offer our aspiring hair stylists, or as we call them ‘apprentices’, a 3-year bursary to become skilled in the craft of hair design. Depending on your needs our Front Desk will assign you to the best suited stylist.
