    • In-salon prices may differ from online listings depending on stylist experience, product usage, or client requirements.
    • Payments for services or retail purchases are processed securely according to the ECT Act and POPIA requirements governing online transactions and data protection.
4. Retail Products & Professional Advice
Product recommendations made on the Site or in-salon are based on professional guidance, but results may vary depending on individual hair type, skin condition, or lifestyle factors.
Palladium is not liable for adverse effects arising from the misuse of professional products, use against professional advice, or the combination of products with chemicals not recommended by stylists or technicians.
5. Refunds & Returns
In accordance with the CPA:
•Services that do not meet reasonable quality standards will be corrected at no additional cost, or refunded where appropriate.
•Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unused, unopened, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
•For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless defective.
All refunds and exchanges remain at the discretion of management and must comply with South African consumer law.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, imagery, copywriting, layouts, and digital assets displayed on the Site are protected under South African intellectual property laws.
No part of the Site may be reproduced or repurposed without written permission from Palladium Hair & Beauty Company.
